Slow down, listen in. Through somatic attunement, we track nervous system cues and name how protective parts (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) surface in real time, so you can begin to feel what’s actually happening beneath the trigger or activation.

We trace the pattern back to its origin: early attachment wounds, family dynamics, and/or cultural/societal messaging in order to reveal the limiting self belief that still runs the show and keeps you stuck in a loop you didn’t choose and/or you’ve outgrown.
